Emissions code valve location?

I just bought a used 2019 Malibu, but it's throwing a P0443 code. I want to track down the purge solenoid valve before I start ordering any parts. If anyone has any tips or advice, I'd really appreciate your help!

I think the P0443 code points to an issue with the EVAP purge solenoid, so locating it is key before replacing anything. On a 2019 Malibu, the purge solenoid is usually near the engine, often on or around the intake manifold and is connected to both the EVAP canister and the intake with a couple of hoses. Make sure the engine is cool, trace the hoses from the EVAP system and check for any obvious damage or loose connections before buying a new part.
