What maps are you trying to update exactly, the GPS navigation system or something performance-related? That'll help figure out if it's a simple software update or something more technical
If you're talking about the GPS maps, yeah, they can usually be updated through the Malibu Touch system or via USB with a Navionics card depending on your setup. Have you tried to check the owner's manual? If not ask your dealer it's free.
